Our Apartments
Each of our apartment buildings are 20-unit buildings. The apartments have new siding, windows, appliances and flooring. The buildings are secure entry buildings.
Rental assistance is available in greater than 50% of units.(Rent will be 30% of income.) Eligibility Requirements through USDA Rural Development. Requirements include: Must be above 62 years of age or disabled/handicapped of any age.
Deerwood Housing provides garbage, water/sewer. Storage rooms are provided for every apartment. Please note: NO smoking (including e-cigarettes) is alowed in the buildings.

Woodland Apartments is located at 23771 Broadway, behind the Fire Department. The Deerwood City Park is adjacent to Apartment Building. The building has 20 units consisting of 16 one-bedroom apartment units & 4 two-bedroom apartment units.
Indian Carry Apartments are located at 21745 Indian Carry on County Road 12. The building has 20 units consisting of 16 one-bedroom apartment units & 4 two-bedroom apartment units.

2 Bedroom - $547 - $555*

Rental Assistance Available to those who qualify which will reduce the rent to 30% of income. A utility allowance is also provided to all tenants to assist in paying electric bills.
